Who we are
PEAI is a specialist private equity consultancy, training, and publishing group founded in the UK in 2010 by our Founding Partner Mariya Stefanova, a best-selling author of the only textbooks on private equity accounting, investor reporting, and carried interest.
PEAI Group has a global reach and specialises in private equity accounting, investor reporting, carried interest/waterfalls and LP carried interest/fee validation and have consulted and trained some of the largest Limited Partners (LPs), General Partners (GPs) and service providers (fund administrators, software providers, and other specialist PE service providers) in the US, Canada, Europe and the UK, Asia Pacific, the Middle East & Africa, and the Caribbean & South America.
